Preachy

Those of you who've followed along for awhile now know that I am not a morning person. Not even a little bit.

Nevertheless, I dragged myself out of bed this morning at 6 am, so that I would be primped and ready to deliver a three-minute homily at my church's weekday 7am Lenten Eucharist. Forget the sackcloth and ashes, getting up this early is enough to make anybody repent, as far as I'm concerned.
